We understand that each piece of jewellery is precious to you with a huge monetary and emotional investment. We offer a complimentary 30 days return policy, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for an exchange or refund. The returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all the original documentation.
For instance, if you buy a diamond ring from www. vairam.sg and find it unsatisfactory, you can follow these steps.
1. Email us your request at customercare@vairam.sgor call us at +65 84422726
2. We will arrange a return courier (Absolutely FREE!) and they will schedule the pickup time from your Singapore address.
3. Once we have received your returned order, one of our gemmologist jewellers will verify the condition of the item and documents.
A refund will then be processed after satisfying our return terms and conditions:
1. The product should be returned in its original packaging.
2. With original certification.
3. With original or copy of the invoice.
If the customer is unable to produce the original or copy of the invoice, the jewellery will be sent for recertification and this cost shall be borne by the customer.
Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are nonreturnable: items that have been modified, engraved, damaged, or resized.
This policy is not applicable for products that are custom ordered or add on personalization services like engraving initials were opted for and on purchases made under promotional events, discount sales or using a discount coupon.
