For reasons of safety and security of these high value goods, a signature is required for ALL shipments, regardless of price of the item or any signed waivers you may have with our courier.
For orders selected from our ready collection stocked in Singapore, item will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. We will share tracking details with you via your preferred channel of communication (SMS or e-mail).
For orders selected from made to order collection, item will be shipped in 3 weeks. We will share you the status of your order and updates regularly with you via your preferred channel of communication (SMS or e-mail).
If you place your order after our service time on a regular business day after 9 pm, your order will be processed the next day (Our shipping time slot opens by 9 am and close at 9 pm) except public holidays.
All local orders are shipped free via secure courier and details of which will be shared with you. For security reasons, Vairam will not deliver to P. O Box addresses.
In case of international order, customer has to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Also, custom duty & taxes levied by destination country has to be borne by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. Please note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
Each item will arrive in a safe and secure designer box with an envelope inside consist of bill, certification and a message card from the brand. The box will be bubble wrapped, sealed and packed in a courier cover with our logo imprinted.
